We had the good fortune of working with Garen for a full-home renovation project after an extremely stressful situation with a previous contractor fell through the day before closing on our home. That contractor, originally recommended by our realtor, backed out last minute and ghosted our entire team—including my loan officer at Movement Mortgage—causing us to miss our original closing date.
With only one week to save the deal, Garen stepped up in a big way. He quickly provided professional blueprint renderings, a labor estimate, a material list, and a detailed scope of work agreement—all within just a couple of days. He communicated clearly, understood our renovation goals, and worked fast and efficiently to meet lender requirements under a construction loan.

Garen and the team finished our basement. I could not be more pleased with the finished product or the process. Everyone he brought it was professional, highly skilled, and communicated well. It was a project that spanned many months but he provided us with timelines, check points, and an app that we could use to follow along. I plan on hiring them again for future projects.
As for pricing, completely reasonable. Garen brought an attention to detail that many contractors lack, as well as Southern charm- really enjoyed working with his team!
